Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

Yields: 2 Quarts

Ingredients:
• 4 cups mayonnaise
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup sliced scallions
• 1 cup washed and picked fresh parsley
• ¼ Cup lemon juice
• ¼ Cup white wine vinegar
• 1 container avocado puree
• salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Puree all in food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
