Basil Chimichurri

Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic, peeled
3 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tightly packed cup fresh parsley
1 tightly packed cup fresh basil
1/2 cup tightly packed cilantro

combine all ingredients except fresh herbs in robo coupe. Puree. Add herbs and chop, but keep a little chunky (not as smooth as pesto). Taste, adjust
